Dr. John “Pablo” Wangermann is a trusted advisor to the C-suite and a results-driven transformation executive. He has extensive experience across the aviation, aerospace, and industrial sector working with clients on a wide range of issues, including digital transformation, business design, operational and financial improvement, market strategy, and M&A. .
Dr. Wangermann was appointed in 2018 to lead the development of the IoT Global Compound Offering for DXC, integrating DXC’s capabilities across existing offering families, regions, and organizations. Previously Dr. Wangermann was the Digital Transformation Executive for Aerospace & Defense at DXC Technology. In this role, he was responsible for developing digital transformation strategies for DXC’s leading A&D clients. As new technologies mature such as 3D printing, Industrial IoT, and predictive analytics, Dr. Wangermann hasbeen driving client discussions on innovation and business impact with stakeholders in manufacturing, supply chain, aftermarket, and engineering. Dr. Wangermann started at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as Client Principal for A&D.
Previously, Dr. Wangermann was a strategy and operations consultant for seventeen years at AlixPartners and Oliver Wyman after startinghis consulting career at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Dr. Wangermann obtained his Ph.D. from Princeton University in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. He was a senior design engineer at the Dowty Group, and obtained his BA(Hons) in Engineering Sciences from the University of Cambridge, England.
