Scott Stark was appointed the Sr. Manager, Analytics leading Transport Solutions’ Intelligent Services team in February 2018. Ingersoll Rand’s family of brands includes Club Car®, Ingersoll Rand®, Thermo King® and Trane®.
In his current role, he leads the digital enablement strategy for Transport Solutions NA/EMEA and is responsible for delivering software, data infrastructure and analytics solutions for the business. He has been working at the intersection of strategy, analytics and information technology for over a decade, focusing on using data and technology to improve business results.
Scott joined Ingersoll Rand in July 2014 as a Sr. Manager in the Corporate Strategy team. In this role he partnered with the Transport Solutions’ leadership team to build business and product strategies that have delivered significant share and profitability improvements.
Prior to Ingersoll Rand, he has managed analytics teams and initiatives for Bank of America, Ally Financial and Delhaize America; founded Midtown Consulting Group, a management and technology consulting firm; and was an early employee at Xcelerate, now part of Publicis Groupe.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill where he was a Dean’s Scholar, and a master’s of science degree in advanced analytics from North Carolina State University.
